Principals can manage school records, runs and manifests below. Approved drivers record pickup, departure and automatic geofence arrival. Principals and Deputies can view the school dashboard. Live tracking is still being built. Check uncertain whereabouts directly with the responsible adult.

Child reports
Days each child went to a destination and came back, exact approved absence dates, and other recorded trips.
Choose up to one year per report. Each day with a recorded outward and return trip counts once. Approved school absences count calendar dates in this range; transport only absence is separate. Missing records are not counted as absence.
School records
Manage names, classes, assignments and vehicles. Locations, routes and transport planning are available below. Staff records do not automatically create login accounts.

Manage destination coordinates and arrival radii. Each save creates a revision; existing routes keep their saved destination details. Approved coordinates and arrival radii are used for automatic geofence arrival on the driver’s visible page. Open the destination map when needed to choose a point and preview its arrival circle.

No street address is needed. Set the pin and arrival circle, then save. Existing trips keep their saved location.
Routes
Set morning or afternoon stop order using approved destination revisions. Each save preserves the previous route. Saved routes are used when planning transport runs.

Existing stops retain their destination revisions. To adopt an updated destination, remove that stop and add its latest approved revision.
Trips and transport plans
Create a one-off trip or repeat it across term weekdays. Leave the driver and vehicle open, or assign them in advance. Only Principal-approved school members can take trips.
Trips can stay unassigned. In Manage access, the Principal can allow driving for any active school member after enrollment and privacy acknowledgement.

Passenger manifest
Passenger expectations do not change anyone’s physical location. Assigned drivers confirm pickup and departure while safely stopped. Arrival is automatic after sustained accurate GPS inside the destination geofence; allow location and keep the page visible. No Principal receiving confirmation is required. Capacity is the vehicle’s configured passenger places, excluding the driver.

These observations are saved on this browser but are not confirmed. Keep this page visible: saved actions retry automatically after your connection and sign-in are checked. You can also retry manually. Conflicts and removed permissions need administrator review. Browser storage is not a backup. Saved actions stay unconfirmed until the server accepts them; full offline operation is still unfinished.
